learn playing guitar
I start to learn playing guitar. My friend, Jae min, teach me. It is hard to play, because I'm not handy with it. So I practice it for 2 - 3 hours every day. Because of long practice, strings hurt my fingers. A callus forms in finger on my hand. I love musics, so I endure all of these difficulty.
Someday I will be good at playing guitar. I dream that I can play every musical instrument. It is just start of my dream. I will surely accomplish it.

Significance of Chuseok
Here is the reason why so many people visit their hometown, disregarding the dreadful traffic jam. It seems that this mentality stems from the customs of agricultural society of the past and the influence of the Confucianism culture, which became the foundation for the ancestor worship.
The customs of Chuseok has also a social significance. Although industrialized society brought about the sbattering of the family, Chuseok provides the chance for their reunion. It functions as the center of affirming the cooperation and reconciliation among the family members. Although we live in the age of materialism, we give gifts to people close to us and bisit our parents' home with the items for the ancestor memorial services. Accordingly, Chuseok becomes an intermediary to connect the affectionate fellings of people, who are being forgotten in our daily life.

Yesterday - The Beatles
The Beatles - Yesterday
Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as thought they're here to stay
Oh I believe in yesterday
Suddenly I'm not half the man I used to be
There's a shadow hanging over me
Oh yesterday cam suddenly
Why she had to go I don't know she wouln't say
I said something wrong now I long for yesterday
Yesterday love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh I believe in yesterday
Why she had to go I don't know she wouln't say
I said something wrong now I long for yesterday
Yesterday love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh I believe in yesterday...

My thinking about teen's crime
One reason I believe it is easy for teens to do crime is because adults are not as involved in chilren's lives as they once were. First, most parents are working outside the immediate neighborood where their children go to school. Parents work long hours, commute between home and work, and run the errands needed to keep a house running, spending fewer hours with children than ever before.
Second, because of greater mobility, most children do not have extended family members in their lives, such as grandparents, aunts and uncles, to provide a network of relations to keep an eye on their activities.
If there is good environment, teenagers can be good people. People should do something to solve this problem...

Trekking around the desert (Jaisalmer)
When my friend and I were in Jaisalmer, we trekked around the desert by camel. It was the most evocative and fun way to sample desert life.
Before went on camel safari, it was hard to find safari organisers. None of the hotels have their own camels. So the hotliers and the travel agencies are just go-between. We were afraid, because we may cheated again. However we decided to trust them again.
The desert was good. I had never seen desert before. It was great experience. Although we couldn't see dune seas, we saw Great Thar Desert, sprinkled with villages and ruins. We often saw tiny fields of millet, and children herding flocks of cheep or goats, whose neckbells tinkle in the desert silence.
Camping out at night, huddling around a tiny fire beneath the stars and listening to the camel drivers' songs, is magically romantic. There were numerous stars in the sky. I could see many constellations like Orion, the Great Bear.
After the safari, the camel drivers expected a tip or gift. We satisfied the safari, so give them much money. I will never forget the camel safari.

Backpack to Europe
I backpacked around Europe with my university friends in summer vacation last year. I visited seven countries ; England, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Czech.
This photo was taken in front of the Louvre. The left is my high school friend, and the right is me. He also backpacked around Europe with his university friends. I encountered him in front of Louvre by chance, so I was very happy to meet him.
The picture on the right is the bottom of the Alps. I was so happy, because of nice weather, clean air, good scenery. My friends and I went hiking by bicycle. After went to hiking, we climbed the mountain by train. We can take many beautiful photo. On the top, there was snow. so we skied. I think that above seven countries, switzerland was the best country to travel.
I went to only western Europe. So I want to go to the southern Europe like Spain, Portugal, Greece and so on. I heard that Spain is Joshua, my Enlish writing teacher,'s country. I really want to go there later !

tomorrow...
I don't want to attend it. But I have to...I hope this culture disappear.
WHO AM I ???
I am a sophomore at Kyung-Hee University College of Oriental Medicine. As do all other students, I have dreams as well as ideals. I enjoy listening to music and exercising. I also love to hang out with my friends. I can sometimes be carefree--in other words, I can be lazy and I can also sleep a lot. To become an oriental medicine doctor, however, I will study hard.
My peers tell me that I have a fierce first impression. In fact, they tell me it's hard to approach me at first. But as intimidating as I may seem, I am a very sensitive person. I cannot overlook any difficulties my peers are experiencing, so I try to help people out a lot. That is the precise reason why I decided to major in Oriental Medicine. I want to lend a helping hand to those in need of treatment.
I am from Daegu, and I used to live there with my parents and my younger sister. Ever since I was young, I wanted to become independent of my parents, mainly because I was always an independent individual with a love for secrecy and privacy. That is why I studied hard during my high school years; so I could get in to a university in Seoul. At first I faced were many difficulties, but now I am used to living alone and am enjoying life.
I am sometimes stressed out because of all the work I have to do as well as social relationships. I resolve such pressure by playing musical instruments or working out. When I am playing the drum I can forget about all my worries, which is what makes it such an enjoyable activity. Sometimes, when I feel uneasy, I just set off on my bicycle without any specific destination. I regain my peace of mind during my random ride through the city.
Because I am quite on the secretive side and am sensitive about other people's feelings, I don't express discontent often. In many cases, the discontent builds up inside me, so once I am mad, I transform into another person. Often times, this causes me to have huge disputes with my friends. I am also capricious and I tend to get tired of things pretty quickly. I ought to try to correct whatever flaws there are in my personality.
I haven't had many opportunities to think about who I am before I wrote this paper. Through repeated self-evaluation, I hope to become a better person.

These are the picture of the bands members and friends who come to see our concert. Many friends came to see our concert. We had very good time. If possible, I want to do it one more time. But my friends have to join the army on September. Maybe we can't see each other for two years.
But It was one of the best time in my life and I remember it forever !!

The picture on the right is band that I join in my university. The band's name is ZEMA. It is the name of famous ancient oriental doctor. Because we study oriental medicine in University, we made the band's name like that. We have a concert every semester. We practice musical instruments and also study hard. I want to have a good time with drum and my friends in university life !
Finally, I made it !!
I've never made a blog. So at first, I don't know how to make it. I read a syllabus to know how to make it and visit www.blogspot.com.To make a blog in this website, I'm required to have a google account. But I don't have...T.T So I tried to make it.
However, I failed to make because of explore's problem. I tried one more. but failed...TTand tried again... fail...
So much time have past...
More than 20 times trying...
Fanally, I got it !!After making google account, I can make my blog.
Tomorrow, I will get the English Writing class.I'm looking foward to it. I think teacher, Joshua is very nice guy and we will have a good course!
